lisa snead

April 21, 1962 ~ July 9, 2022

Born in: Fort Worth, Texas
Resided in: Arlington, Texas

Lisa Snead passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by love and family, on Saturday, July 9th. Lisa was born in Fort Worth on April 21st, 1962, to Francis & Barbara Jean Claxton. She was younger sister to Donna Cannon and Mike Claxton, and mother to Lauren and Jake. But perhaps her favorite title, was being “Momo” to her grandson, Hank. She raised her kids with unconditional love, happiness, and joy in Arlington along with her husband, Stan (Bubba) who she was utterly devoted for their 36 years of marriage. She built a lifetime of love and happiness with Bubba that set an amazing example for their children.

While she battled pancreatic cancer in the last year, it never stopped her from loving on her family, connecting with her friends, and shopping as much as her heart desired. Her many hobbies included cooking, her love of eating, traveling, crafting, decorating, throwing parties, live music, and dancing with abandon.

Services will be held at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington. The visitation is Thursday, July 14thfrom 6-8 pm. Her celebration of life will be held Friday, July 15th at 10 am

If I could just hug you one last time, pray for you one last time, hear your contagious laugh one last time, and even one more email telling me to see what else we could do to get the accounts resolved. You are truly missed. Rest gracefully our Angel
