ARLINGTON -- Willie Hayes Williams, 84, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014, in Arlington.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, Mr. Dennis Nixon, Bishop Randy Williams and the Rev. Roland Williams officiating. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park, Kennedale. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Hayes was born April 1, 1930, in Teague to William Madison Williams and Mary Gertrude Wren Williams. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. An Arlington resident for the past 44 years, he retired as an accountant and owner of Williams and Bell Accounting Services. Hayes enjoyed playing golf. He was a great father and grandfather.
