Survivors: His wife of 68 years, Janette Pickett Bullard; son, William Lynn Bullard and wife, Debbie; daughter, Donna Jo Aust and husband, Kenneth; brother, Phillip Bullard; sister, Sandra Tullos; grandchildren, Michael, Lindsey, Ashley, and Sarah and great-grandchildren, Jake, Adam, Jaisa, Paige, Griffin and Logan.
