Wayne Lafayette Glassburner

Wayne L. Glassburner, born on March 22, 1935. He went to heaven on February 25, 2017 after a long battle with prostate cancer. Memorial Service: 8:00 a.m. Friday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Inurnment: 10:15 a.m. at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please donate to www.pcf.org. He served in the United States Marine Corp as a reconnaissance aviator. He flew for American Airlines for 29 years and retired in 1995. Survivors: His two brothers Gene and Duane preceded him in death. He leaves his wife Sharon, four children, Mike, Kelly, Stacy, Brian, as well as two son-in-laws Randy Body and David Gehm. Six wonderful grandchildren Ashley, Chandler, Kelbie, Darby, Isaac, and Maesen. One great grandson, Roman. Along with his two sisters Elaine and Wilma. Wade Family Funeral Home (817) 274-9233
