Virginia L. Elliott

Virginia Ann Lee Elliott passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at the age of 89 in Arlington, Texas. Virginia was born on June 14, 1932, in Monroe, Louisiana to Russell W. Lee and Ouida Bullock Lee. She attended and graduated from Ouachita High School in Monroe. She later attended Harding College and Abilene Christian College.
On December 19, 1951, Virginia married Guy T. Elliott. They were married for 68 years. Virginia was an active member of ladies Bible class, was a PTA president and a retiree of Sam Houston High School. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking, travelling, mission work, and antiquing.
Virginia is preceded in death by her parents Russell and Ouida, brother Jerry R. Lee, and husband Guy T. Elliott Jr.
She is survived by sons Guy T. Elliott III (Margaret) of Cairns, Australia, Jerry M. Elliott (Anita) of Sharpsburg, Georgia, and Mark Lee Elliott (Lisa) of Arlington, Texas, grandchildren Megan, Patrick, David, Kathleen, Katherine, Kristine, and Kristopher, great grandchildren Kalana, Zavier, Cooper, and Lily.
