Virginia Ann Eigel

Arlington, Texas - Virginia Ann "Ginny" Eigel, 86, passed away on November 27, 2020 in Mansfield. Memorial Service: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: 2 p.m. Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Ginny was born on March 13, 1934 in Denver, Colorado to Ernest Ehlers and Elizabeth Neugebauer Ehlers. An Arlington resident since 1968, she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Ginny was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She enjoyed collecting Dept. 56 Christmas decorations and gardening. Ginny was preceded in death by her husband, Donald John Eigel Jr. in January of 2013. Survivors: Children, Michael Eigel and wife, Cindy, Cathy Brown and husband, Steve, and David Eigel and wife, Jacki; grandchildren, Jeff, Bryan, Lacey, John Morgan, and Abby; and great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Finn and Ellie Rose.
