Victor Frank Kerns, Jr. passed away July 18, 2017 in Arlington, TX. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Kristine; his sons, Victor Kerns, III and wife Becky, and Wayne Todd and wife Misty; his daughters, Vicki Lynn Witherspoon and Melody Hilario ad husband Benito; and his grandchildren, Tyler Kerns, Adam Kerns, Miranda Obregon, Brianna Obregon, Alexandria Hilario, Payton Todd, Rachel Arington, and Nicholas Todd. Graveside service: Thursday, July 27, 10:30 a.m., at Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery.
