Tracy Allan Sanford

March 1, 1960 — September 5, 2022

Tracy Allan Sanford went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 5, 2022.

Tracy was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana on March 1, 1960. He attended Oklahoma State University and went on to have a successful career in sales at Kraft Foods and Mondelez International. He was a devoted follower of Christ, a loving husband to Sonya Sanford, and a proud father to Patrick and Michelle Sanford. Tracy also wholeheartedly embraced his role as grandad to Luke, Thomas and Charlie Sanford.

Tracy will be remembered for many things. Everyone who knew him will recall his passion for sports and fly fishing. However, he will be remembered most for how well he loved and served others. Tracy loved Jesus and His church. He faithfully served First Baptist Church of Keller as a deacon, Sunday school teacher, and counselor and director for the Royal Ambassadors program. Tracy also helped establish a ministry to widows and aided the gospel-spreading mission of the Gideons.

Tracy will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but all can take comfort in the truth that he is at rest with the Lord in glory.

Tracy is survived by his wife, Sonya Sanford, his son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Allison Sanford, his daughter, Michelle Sanford, and his three grandchildren, Luke, Thomas and Charles Sanford. He is also survived by his father, Billy Sanford, his sister, Robin Higgs, and his brother Kevin Sanford.
