Todd Bradford Tarrant, 55, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 in Fort Worth, Texas. Todd was born in Dallas, Texas on September 12, 1962 to Luther Bradford and Sandra Sue (Holland) Tarrant. He worked as a mechanic for the City of For Worth in the City Parks and Recreation department. He was preceded in death by his father, Brad Tarrant.
