Timothy was born on April 22, 1951 to Una Mae Cook and Lloyd Fields McKee in Frankfurt, Germany on Rammstein Air Force Base. His youthful spirit enjoyed Arizona, Japan, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Texas as he grew up and traveled with his family through stints at Air Force bases. At 17, he entered the U.S. Army serving proudly as a 82nd Airborne Paratrooper and top secret radio technician from Alaska all the way to Texas. After being given an honorable discharge, he traveled the United States, World, and oceans for several years before finally coming back to Texas. He was employed for 32 years and retired in 2000. His love for amateur radios translated into him being a storm chaser/spotter spending several years in local emergency management.
He lives on in our thoughts and hearts forever.
