ARLINGTON -- Terry Wayne Henry, 61, a loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015, in Arlington.
Memorial service: 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Parkview Fellowship Church, 820 N. Fielder Road, Arlington, with Pastor Bob Burgin officiating.
Memorials: Memorial gifts may be made to Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex.
Terry was born on Dec. 9, 1953, in Amarillo to Jerry Wayne Henry and Dolores Anita Lewis Henry. He graduated from Rider High School in Wichita Falls. He was a carpenter and worked over 45 years making office furniture.
Terry enjoyed painting, drawing cartoons, leather tooling and model trains. His biggest passion was telling others about Jesus and helping others. He was also "Sniffles" the clown at Mission Arlington activities. He spent the last couple of years taking care of his granddaughter. His father-in-law described him as an incredible man who lived an incredible life.
Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Dee Henry.
Survivors: Wife of 38 years, Carol Henry; sons, Terry Jon "T.J." Henry and wife, Megan, and Buddy Dale Henry and wife, Erin, and their daughter, Madelyn; father, Jerry Henry; brother, Rob Henry; sister, Linda Gray; father and mother-in-law, Bob and Ann Harper; brothers-in-law, Robert Harper and wife, Sunday, Jimmy Harper and wife, Susan; sisters-in-law, Susan Ralston and husband, Terry, and Cindy Wade and husband, Stephen; and numerous other family members and friends.
