Terrell Dawn Kerr

Terrell Dawn Kerr, 55, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, was peacefully called home on May 3, 2023, with family and loved ones by her side.

She was born to Dawna and Lee Drummond in Arcadia, CA on July 27, 1967. She graduated from Martin High School in Arlington, TX in 1986, and she received a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from the University of North Texas in 1991. While pursuing a career as an elementary school teacher, she met her future husband, David Kerr. They were married on August 6, 1994, and over the next 28 years they operated a successful family business and raised two daughters, Hannah and Sarah, whom she deeply loved. To her grandsons she was known as “Grandma Belle,” and they meant the world to her.

Terrell truly saw the beauty and good in everything. A faithful servant of Jesus, she embodied His word daily by being gracious, kind, and tenderhearted. Remembering her laugh, her smile, and her sunny disposition helps us all to treasure life’s blessings, as she did each day. She will be deeply missed, and always loved.

She is survived by her husband David Kerr, daughters Hannah (Kyle) Kastler and Sarah Kerr, grandchildren Cannon and Maddox, mother Dawna Drummond, father Lee (Lynn) Drummond, brother Dean Drummond, niece Kelsey Drummond, nephew Drew Drummond, niece Amanda Kerr, and many other relatives and friends who adored her.

Terrell will be privately laid to rest by her family, and a memorial will be held via the details below. The attendance of all those who loved her would be greatly appreciated.
