Stephen John G. Duriseau was born on January 31, 1968 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to John and Carolyn Duriseau and was followed by a younger sibling Althea Duriseau Edwards. He received his education from Immaculate Heart of Mary School and graduated from Washington Marion Magnet High School.
On August 31, 1991 Stephen and Paula Citizen was married at his home church in Lake Charles, Louisiana. From this union they had two beautiful kids Steven A. Duriseau and Morgan A. Duriseau.
They later moved to Arlington in May 1995. And he then began his career as a Semi-tractor trailer driver. Shortly after he began his dream as a race car driver. He lovedd his family, his career, his cars and his wife's food.
Even though he's gone and will be greatly missed, he was a loving and hard working husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, nephew and friend.
His legacy will live on. Stephen was preceded in death by his grandparents, August (Alice) Durouso and Lowell (Deola) Guillory; mother-in-law, Meritta Citizen; and brother-in-law, Travis Citizen.
He leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Paula Citizen Duriseau; son, Steven A. Duriseau; daughter, Morgan A. Duriseau; grandchildren, Logan and Rose Merrie; father, John O. Duriseau; mother, Carolyn A. Duriseau; sister, Althea Duriseau Edwards (Fred Lee) 2 sisters-in-law, Jeanne Pappion (Patrick), Ingue Citizen; brother-in-law, Nathan L. Citizen (Toni); 3 godchildren, Myles M. Edwards, Montel X. Edwards, Sara R. Citizen; 4 nieces, Bella, Julia, Olivia and Hailey; nephew, Travis; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
