ARLINGTON -- Stephanie Ann Austin, 60, passed away Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, in Arlington. Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Fielder Road Baptist Church, 2011 S. Fielder Road, Arlington. Interment: Parkdale Cemetery, Arlington. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Memorials: Memorial gifts may be made to Mission Arlington, 210 W. South St., Arlington, Texas 76010, 817-277-6620. Stephanie was born June 23, 1951, in Dallas to Jack and Mary Strong Folta. She was a lifelong Arlington resident. Stephanie graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1969 and attended UTA. She was a pharmacy tech for many years at Page Drug, Fielder Park Pharmacy and most recently at Randol Mill Pharmacy. Stephanie formerly owned and operated Austin Jewelry. Stephanie was a coach's wife who opened her home and heart to so many. Her infectious smile, contagious laughter and motherly advice will be missed by all who knew her. Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Folta, and brother, James Folta. Survivors: Husband of 41 years, Alan Austin; son, Michael Austin and wife, Nicky; grandchildren, Benjamin Alan Austin and Ella Rose Austin; father, Jack Folta; brother, Jay Folta; brother-in-law, John R. Austin; and nieces and nephews, Kristin Austin, Amanda Austin, Zach Folta, April Folta, Jamie Folta and Kelli Folta.
