Sherrill Patricia Avrett

Sherrill Patricia Alley Avrett, 72, of Arlington, Texas, entered her Heavenly home on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 in Hurst, Texas.

Sherrill was born October 17, 1950 in Statesville, North Carolina. She was a fashion model at John Robert Powers agency in the 1960’s. Sherrill graduated from Tarrant County College in the first Dental Hygiene Clas of 1971. She married her high school sweetheart, Stephen Avrett, on December 18, 1971. Sherrill was a wonderful wife and mother who loved her family dearly. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and crafts.

Sherrill is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Alley; mother, Melba Alley; and brother, Robert Alley.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Avrett; son, Casey Avrett; daughter, Amy Liddell and her husband, Charles Liddell Jr.
