Sharon Griffin, 78, passed away on February 12, 2021. She was born in Pratt, Kansas to George Henry and Anna Marie DeVaney Seely. Sharon is one of six children. Georgia Ann Seely, Thad Seely, Stanley Joe Seely, Martha Marie Bass, and Christie Jane Hubbard. She was married to the love of her life, her husband Jim Griffin of 46 years. Sharon had three children, Sherri Ann Arens, Judith Lea Reaves and James Terry Griffin. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, James Thomas Griffin, her daughters Sherri Ann Arens, husband Steven Arens. Judith Lea Reeves, and son, James Terry Griffin and wife Karen. Her sister Christie Seely Hubbard, Brother Stanley Joe Seely. She has 7 Grandchildren. Jeremy Schweitzer and his wife Britany. Adam Arens and his wife Sarah. Tawnya Matlock adn her husband Drew. Lauren Arens, Bradley Arens, Ryan Griffin and DJ Griffin. She also has 9 Great Grand Children. Bryce, Jade, Alyssa, Tristan, Garrett, Logan, Maykenzie, Hayden, and Finnley. Sharon started her career at Associates Finance, she was with them for many years. She was a personal Banker and when she retired she was working as an office manager, for a local dental office in Arlington Texas. Sharon loved to garden, planting roses, fruits and vegetables. But her favorite thisng to do was to spend time with her family. Celebrating birthdays and holidays. Christmas was her favorite. She would decorate the house with ornaments from christmas's past and place the new ones out for all to see. Preparing the holiday meals were always memorable for all of us. The care she used in preparing was the same care that she gave each and every member of the family. Visitation: Thursday February 25, 2021, at 11:00-12:00 noon at Wade Funeral Home and Crematory. The graveside service for Mrs. Sharon Griffin will be held on Thursday February 25, 2021 at 1:00 pm. at Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Memorial donations can be made in Sharon's name to Alzheimer's Association or American Hospice.
