Sandra "Sunny" Rae Murray

Sandra “Sunny” Rae Bothun Murray, passed away Friday, February 10, 2023. Sunny was born in Albert Lea, Minnesota on June 10, 1938 to George and Loneita Bothun. She was married to Richard E. Murray for 51 years before his death in 2009. Sunny was a longtime resident of Arlington, Texas and spent the last 8 ½ years living with her daughter, Cindy, and her family.
Sunny was a member of the Suburban Club and a Bible Study group for many years. While her daughters attended college, she worked at Shady Park Florist. She loved her family and enjoyed making many memories with her grandchildren. Sunny loved to travel, read, and attend many dance, band and cheer performances by her grandchildren.
Sunny was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Murray, and her parents.
Survivors: daughters Cindy and husband Rusty Caves of Arlington, Texas and Jody Murray of Mansfield, Texas.
Grandchildren: Richard Caves and wife, Katelyn, Emily Caves, Megan Brown, Caroline Caves, Molly Brown, and Katy Caves
Great Grandchildren: Aiden Henry and Elanor Caves
