Sally Ann Mohammad of Arlington, TX, passed away in peace in the early hours of Monday, September 17, 2018 after a lengthy illness.
Sally was born in Huntington, NY on December 24, 1951, which made every Christmas thereafter even more special for her family. Her parents were Frank and Florence Faulk (both deceased) and she was sister to Frank Faulk of Lake Havasu, AZ, Nancy Govan (deceased), Paul Faulk (deceased), Edna Stoehr of San Francisco, CA, Charles Faulk of Mineral Wells, TX and Joyce Pinnow of Arlington, TX.
She is survived by her children William Richardson and Jennifer Richardson of Arlington, TX and David Kolman of Bethlehem, PA. Her grandchildren are Jazzmen Hughes, Christian Hughes (both of Arlington, TX), Adam Kolman (Stroudsburg, PA), Isaac Kolman, Elijah Kolman, Micah Kolman, Zechariah Kolman (all in Bethlehem, PA). Sally also is survived by cousins and some very close friends. All will miss her very much.
Sally was a graduate of Pocono Mountain High School in Swiftwater, PA. She lived in many places during her life and was happy to have found a lasting happiness in Arlington, where she lived for 35 years. She was a dedicated and talented photographer and was particularly enthusiast in her support of Arlington Proud. Her photos were selected several times for Photo of the Week for the city of Arlington. She loved fly fishing, crocheting, scrapbooking, attending concerts and events at Levitt Pavilion of Arlington. Sally was active in social media for most of her life, from CB Radio, Prodigy, Facebook and what other method she could find to share here world with others.
Sally enjoyed working with, for, and around all types of people. She shared her gifts as freely as they were given. Putting a smile on someone's face was a never-ending goal that she was very good at achieving. Sally is filled with love and it overflowed into each space she entered. To have known Sally is to have known love.
A funeral service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 210 West Park Row in Arlington on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, Sally's memory can be honored with contributions to the Leukemia Society or to the youth program at Grace Lutheran Church.
