ARLINGTON -- Ruth Martin Keathley, 81, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016, in Mansfield.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, 310 S. Center St., Arlington. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Pallbearers: Grandsons, Blake Terrell, Chase Terrell, Brandon Taylor, Kirby Taylor, Daniel Taylor, Justin Maness, Carson Hagan and Wyatt Terrell.

Ruth was born in Wichita Falls to Zollie and Texanna Martin on Nov. 5, 1934. She grew up in Nocona and Wichita Falls where she graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1951. She attended Decatur Baptist College where she met her husband, Richard Keathley. They were married in January of 1955. She had been employed by Nueces County Juvenile Department, Texas Employment Commission, and retired from University of Texas at Arlington.
Survivors: Husband, Richard Keathley; daughters, Karan Willbanks and husband, Robert, Kelli Taylor and husband, Todd, Karla Hagan and husband, Ron; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
