An avid sports fan, he supported the Auburn Tigers and Chicago Cubs among others, and enjoyed playing tennis when he could. Russell loved to make people laugh and often took it upon himself to make sure everyone around him felt at ease. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle and friend who will be sorely missed by all.
