Ruby Johnson Haney

ARLINGTON -- Ruby Johnson Haney, 85, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 in Arlington. Memorial Service: 1 p.m. Saturday, October 18, 2014 at First Presbyterian Church, 1200 S Collins St, Arlington. Interment: Private family burial in Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Ruby was born April 14, 1929 in Greenville, Mississippi to Edith Eloise Barton and Lemmie Latimore Johnson. She was a longtime Arlington resident, where she was an active member of First Presbyterian Church for 56 years. Ruby enjoyed golf and bridge. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Charles Speck; and several siblings. Survivors: Husband, Richard Kenneth Haney; daughters, Rebecca Speck and Tricia Hunsucker and husband, Bob; brother, Jack Johnson; grandchildren, Breck and Heath Hunsucker.
