Robert William Petty

Robert William Petty was born on July 28, 1949, in Tucson, AZ to William G. and Betty C. Petty. He went to be with the Lord on October 4, 2021, in Weatherford, TX. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Mary Petty, sons Robert and wife Marta, Greg and wife Lisa, grandkids Emily, Sam, Caden, Halli, Cole, Cannon, Logan, and Landri, sisters Susan and Charles Jiura, Sandy and Hank Angel, as well as extended family. Bobby graduated from Sam Houston High School in Arlington, TX. He married the love of his life Mary on November 3, 1967. Bobby served his country in the Marine Corps during Vietnam. He was a member of the Mansfield Masonic Lodge #331. He loved to fish and hunt with family and friends. Bobby loved spending time with his wife, sons, and grandkids. Services are as follows: Viewing will be held Sunday October 10, 2021, at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington, TX from 6-8 p.m. Graveside service will be held on Monday October 11, 2021, at Old Arlington Cemetery at 10:30am.
