ARLINGTON -- Robert Anthony Horn, 60, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012, in Fort Worth.
Service: Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 5819 W. Pleasant Ridge Rd., Arlington, the Rev. Thomas Craig celebrant. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday with a vigil at 7 p.m., at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington.
Memorials: Memorial gifts may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Robert was born Sept. 26, 1951, in Chicago, Ill., to Charles Wilson Horn and Dorothy Justine Junius Horn. An Arlington resident most of his life, he graduated in 1970 from Sam Houston High School where he played football. He married Debra Louise Phillips on April 27, 1979, at St. Matthew Catholic Church. Robert was a longtime employee of Lockheed Martin. He was an active member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and served as a eucharistic minister. Robert was an avid skeet shooter, hot rod enthusiast and enjoyed cooking.
Survivors: Wife, Debbie Horn of Arlington; daughters, Abby R. Horn and Sarah L. Horn, both of Arlington; brothers, Paul Horn and Mark Horn; sisters, Nancy Pitts and Karen Rosato; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
