Ray Cruz

Ray Cruz, 59, passed away on November 12, 2021, in Arlington, Texas. He was born on April 15, 1962, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Grace and Jose Cruz.

Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 9 pm on Thursday, November 18 at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington, Texas 76013. A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Friday, November 19 at the funeral home. The burial will follow at Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington.

Ray was the general manager for Mi Cocina in Las Colinas. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. His family was important to him, and he loved them dearly.

He is survived by his wife, Veronica (Perez) Cruz; sons, Sean Cruz and Johnathan Cruz; daughters, April Crawford and husband Keith, Brittny Cruz, Heather Cruz, and Brianna Cruz; grandchildren, Julian Mota, Sean Cruz, Brooklyn Izquierdo, Harlen Izquierdo, Hudson Crawford, and Cole Crawford; brother, Agapito Cruz and wife Lucy; sisters, Christina Head, and Mary Jane Davison; sister in law, Patricia Sanchez and husband Christian; father and mother in law, Manuel and Luz Perez; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Ray is preceded in death by his parents, Grace and Jose Cruz; and his brother, Jose Cruz, Jr.
