Randy Dean Turner

Randy Dean Turner, 70, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at his home in Arlington, Texas. A Celebration of Life to honor Randy will be at 10:00 am, Friday, June 25, 2021 in the Chapel of Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, Texas 76013. As a young man he split his time between baseball and playing guitar with his high school band, "The Extremes". After graduating from Arlington High School, he attended The University of Texas at Arlington where he established life-long friends when joining the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. During college, he married Genemarie Swaim and they had their two children, Neil and Stevie. Known to all of us "Uncle Ran" he was fast with a joke, a smile and the occasional prank. Randy retired from Cash America Corporation as ATF Compliance Chief after three decades of service. Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Nadine Turner. He leaves behind his son, Neil Turner, and his daughter, Stevie Bubeck; grandchildren, Turner, Sadie and Evelyn Bubeck, his brother, Charlie Turner and wife Melody, his sisters, Tanya Tilotta and husband, Mike and Shawna Ruegg and husband, Bob, Genemarie and Brad Peck and Michelle; and his beloved dog, Blondie.
