Phyllis Ann Ware

Phyllis Ann Ware, 62, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 in Arlington. Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday, June 4, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 3, at the funeral home. Memorials: Donations may be made to Allies Haven Animal Rescue, allieshaven.org. Phyllis was born on July 19, 1958 in Fort Worth, Texas to Sammy Stephen Cole and Barbara Jean Howell Cole. She graduated from Arlington High School in 1976 and worked in Human Resources for several companies. Phyllis enjoyed traveling and going on cruises. She enjoyed taking care of others; and dearly loved her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, Curtis Ware in July 2017; father and mother-in-law, Jimmy and Marguerite Ware; and sister-in-law, Paula Allen. Survivors: Son, Curtis Ware and wife, Amanda; daughter, Jennifer Dvorak and husband, Larry; grandchildren, Audrey Ware, Ella Ware; Jackson Ware; Cole Dvorak; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jim and Janis Ware, Grady and Pam Ware; special friends, Sally Semler, Carol Hinsey, and Jane Semler; and precious rescued furbabies, Rosie and Reba. The family is blessed and thankful for the loving care given to Phyllis by her wonderful doctors, Dr. Edwin Duppstadt, Dr. Christopher Dwyer and Dr. Elizabeth Pollard.
