ARLINGTON -- Phillips Patrick Bingham, 76, passed away Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Phillips was born Dec. 10, 1938, in Santa Anna to Phillips Weaver and Georgia Wyatt Booth. He was preceded in death by his wife, Francis Carolyn Bingham; his parents; and two brothers.
