Peggy Marie Rock

Peggy Marie Rock, 87, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 in Mansfield, Texas Services will be on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Wade Family Funeral Home, but service time is still pending. Burial will be at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Tx, 75211. Peggy was born in Argyle, Texas on June 9, 1932, to Cornelius Thomas and Lottie Belle (Gregory) Burke. Peggy was a lifetime resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and worked in the administration office of the Tulsa Public School System. She has been an Arlington resident for the past 2 1/2 years and a member of Eastwood Baptist Church. She was very active in the Women's Ministry at both the church she attended in Tulsa and at Eastwood Baptist in Arlington. Peggy was very devoted to her family and took great pride in her grandchildren.. Peggy is survived by her husband of 69 years, Zelmer Lee Rock, son, Barry Lee Rock and wife, Lexa, daughter, Sonya Sanford and husband, Tracy, grandchildren, Jory, Patrick, Shelby, MacKenzie, Michelle and one great-grandson, Luke Allan.
