Paula was born January 14, 1962 in Fort Worth to Guy E. Willard Sr. and Dian Suitt Willard. She was preceded in death by her brother, Guy E. Willard, Jr. Survivors: Husband, Guy Hash; two stepsons; parents, Dian and Guy Willard; sister, Cynthia Anich and Husband Philip; 4 nieces; and 3 nephews; sister-in-law, Crystal Willard.
