Paul was fun-loving and kind. He had a strong faith although he rarely talked about it. He loved the outdoors liked skiing in Utah and spending time on the lake. He was an avid golfer, loved UT Athletics and the Cowboys, the Texas Rangers, and of course watching the Cooking Channel daily to come up with new ideas. Most of all he loved just being with his family.
