Patrick Neal Stidham

Patrick Neal Stidham, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away on August 19, 2024, in Bedford, Texas. Born on June 9, 1966, in Del Rio, Texas, to Charles Stidham Sr. and Helen Rust Stidham, Patrick lived a life full of humor, kindness, and passion.

Patrick was known for his incredible sense of humor, always able to bring laughter to those around him. Although shy by nature, he was fiercely loyal and generous, the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back. His heart was as big as his love for road trips and his fascination with weather. A true weather enthusiast, Patrick was known to chase tornadoes and relished the sound of rain. He even kept his thermostat at a crisp 65 degrees, a testament to his love for cooler weather.

Cars were another of Patrick’s passions. Whether it was repairing vehicles with his sons or indulging in his love for hot rods and drag racing, he found joy in working with his hands. His vocation in construction allowed him to share his skills with his sons, who often accompanied him to job sites, learning the trade alongside their father.

Patrick was married to Kerri McKeever Stidham for nearly 31 years, a union filled with love and devotion. Together, they raised three sons and welcomed three grandchildren into the world, each of whom he cherished deeply. Patrick’s kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth.

He will be laid to rest in a graveside service at Emerald Hills Memorial Park in Kennedale on Saturday, August 24, at 10:00 a.m.

Patrick leaves behind his beloved wife, Kerri; two sons, Weston, Zach and wife, Liliana; three grandchildren, Addison, Beckett and Charlotte; siblings, Myrna, Helen, Charles Jr., Janet, Roy and Lura; and numerous other relatives and friends. Patrick was preceded in death by his son, Jordan.

His memory will be forever treasured by all who knew him.
