Patricia Winters Jarnagin

Patricia Winters Jarnagin, 73, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 7, 2022 in Bedford, Texas.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday, November 10, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Visitation: 9:30-10 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Pat was born on March 16, 1949 in Orlando, Florida to Edgar Charles Winters and Gloria Frances Dickens Winters. Raised in Orlando, she was surrounded by a large, loving extended family. She and her loving husband Jim, resided in Georgia where their son Chris was born. In 1989, they relocated to Bedford. She created another family with friends, who became known as her Texas Angels. Her generosity of spirit overflowed to her neighbors. She would find any excuse to plan a party or get together. She loved hosting game nights, loved traveling the world with her friends and family, and enjoyed her bible study group, and participating in her book club. Pat loved trying out new recipes for friends and family. She enjoyed perfecting her garden, and loved going to any arboretum.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Jim Jarnagin of 37 years; son, Chris Jarnagin; and sister, Karol White.

Survivors include brothers, Billy Winters and wife, Donnette, Michael Winters and wife, Becky, Lewis Winters and wife, Angie; sisters, Mary Gay Rummel and husband, David, and Ann Hotung; many nieces and nephews, including Bobby, Tommy, Julie, John, Linda, Bret, Brenda, Brian, Sarah, Grace, Ian, Devin, Noah and Ethan, and many great nieces and nephews too.
