Patricia Johnette Couch

Patricia J. Couch, age 73, passed away on June 13, 2018, after her courageous battle with cancer. Memorial Service: 10 a.m., Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens “Holy Trinity”, 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington. Memorials: In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society. Patricia is the second of three children to parents James R. Bowles and Hallie M. (Bailey). She was born in Grand Prairie, Texas and had resided in Arlington, Texas for over forty years. She married Larry Couch in 1962, and they spent many happy years camping and fishing at Cedar Creek Lake. Patricia also enjoyed cross stitching, crocheting, and Sudoku. Patricia was a longtime employee at Sears and Roebuck for Irving Mall and Arlington Parks Mall, in their accounting office, for 33 years before retiring. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hallie Bowles; husband of 38 years, Larry Couch; brother in law, Marvin Voss; sisters, Anice Voss and Janie Couch; nephew, James L. Voss; and companion of 12 years, Russell Atkins. Survivors: Patricia is survived by her niece, Kimberly Banks (Voss); nephew, Timothy Voss; niece, Patricia (Voss) Wilson (Wayne) and their children, Walker, Emma, Hallie, and Olive; her nephews, Robert Couch and Jason Couch (Mitzi) and their children, Alicia and Steven; and great nephew, Colten Voss (Madelyn).
