Patricia Conti

Patricia Conti went peacefully from this earth on January 26, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Patricia was born on November 28, 1956, to Ray and Opal Austin. She graduated from Arlington High School in Arlington, Texas.

She married the love of her life, Wayne, in 1975, and they had 2 daughters, Rachael and Anna. Patty proudly owned and operated Austin Bakery with her two sisters, for nearly 20 years.

Patty was actively involved in the PTA throughout her daughters’ childhood, where she formed some of her most cherished friendships. Patty loved to throw a party, particularly with her friends, hosting countless birthdays, graduation teas, wedding and baby showers to celebrate all life’s milestones with family, friends and, of course, a few dishes. After retirement, she discovered her enjoyment and talent for art. Often she could be found painting or doodling: alone, with friends, with grandkids, on the go, or at home. Patty’s proudest title was that of Grandma. She would often be found with grandchildren in tow, eagerly supporting them at sporting events, programs, and parties, always ready with encouragement, love, lots of hugs, and probably a little candy.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years Wayne Conti, son-in-law Lonnie Burns and his wife Rachael, son-in-law Rohan Ranadive and his wife Anna, grandchildren Dylan Conti, Carmella Burns, Nathan Burns, Caden Ranadive, Gavin Ranadive, and Maya Ranadive, sisters Carolyn Solberg (Skip) and Pam Phillips, a niece, cousins, and a multitude of wonderful friends.

Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held Friday, February 9th at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Arlington, Texas. Rosary to begin at 4pm, Eulogy at 4:45, Funeral Mass to follow at 5pm.
