Pamela Morris

Pamela "Pam" Morris, 83, passed away on June 16, 2021 in Arlington, Texas. She was born in Corsicana, Texas on October 15, 1937 to John and Helen Anderson. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington. An inurnment will be at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Pam graduated from Kerens High School as a straight "A" student. She received her bachelors degree in history from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Pam continued her education and graduated from TWU Denton with a masters degree in library science. She is survived by her husband, Don Morris; daughter, Melissa Dyer and husband Paul; brother, John Alexander Anderson IV and wife Cathy; sisters, Pat Barnett, Peggy Schneider and husband Reverend Dave, Priscilla Clore, Jean Williams and husband Ron, and Joan Taylor and husband Kim; sister in law, Dorothy Elbert; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pam is preceded in death by her first husband, 1st. Lt. Alfred Max Herms, who was killed in a helicopter crash on May 25, 1963; and brother in law, Don Barnett.
