Oscar Tobar, 66, passed away on October 25, 2021 in Arlington.

Oscar was born on September 25, 1955 in Houston, Texas to Jose Tobar and Esperanza Bautista Tobar. He had previously worked at General Motors in Arlington.

Oscar was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Esperanza Tobar; nieces, Allysa and Selena Santos; nephew, Edward Joseph Pirtle; and brother-in-law, Eddy Pirtle.

Survivors: Oscar is survived by his wife, Janelle Fox; siblings, Mary Pirtle, Theresa Santos (Ruben), Joe Luis Tobar, and Ector Tobar (Monica); nieces and nephews, Cindy Santos (Mel), Patti Kalita (Kevin), Ruben Santos III (Priscilla), Jeremy Tobar, Christina Tobar, Stephanie Tobar and Priscilla Ortiz.

He will be dearly missed by numerous family members and friends.
