ARLINGTON -- Norvel William "Bubba" Lawson, 88, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014, in Arlington. Memorial service: 6 p.m. Monday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: at a later date in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Bubba was born July 2, 1926 in New Salem, TX. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters; 3 brothers; and first wife, Geraldine Lawson. Survivors: Wife, JoAnn Lawson; sons, Richard Taylor and wife, Lisa, Terrell Taylor and wife, Lisa, and Rodney Taylor and wife, Sheryl; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
