Nelida "Nelly" Vazquez, 62, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 in Mansfield. Funeral Mass: 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 20, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Parish, 1927 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington with Reverend Daniel Kelley officiating. Visitation: 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church prior to the service. Nelly was born on September 26, 1957 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to Catalino Ramos and Mirna Delgado. She was preceded in death by her husband, Santiago Vazquez. Survivors: Mother, Mirna Delgado; brother, Hilton Ramos; and step-sisters, Maura Ramos and Maritza Ramos.
