Michelle Price Heineman passed away June 14, 2023 in Arlington, Texas.

There will be a visitation held 10:30am, July 11 at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington. A funeral service will follow at 11:30 am.
Graveside service will be held 2:00 pm, July 11 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.

Michelle Price Heineman was born on October 12, 1950 in Dallas, Texas to Mary Frances Freeman & Clarence Dale Price. She resided in Orange, California from 1958 until 1977 when she moved to Arlington, Texas. Michelle married Steven Louis Heineman on Jan 20, 1973 at Methodist Church in Orange, California. She graduated from California State University in Fullerton, California with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She received her paralegal certificate in real estate from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Michelle was a true & loyal University of Southern California Trojan fan. She loved going to Laguna Beach & staying at the Ritz Carlton. It was her happy place. Michelle was a devoted cat mommy to Oliver, Floyd, Pete & Fred. Her kitties were her babies. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, sports & walking with her neighbors.

Michelle loved her family & friends and when the need arose, she gave 100% of herself to everyone. She was kind, gentle, and always happy with a smile on her face.

Michelle is survived by her husband, Steven Louis Heineman; brother, Dr. Alan Price of Oxnard, California; sister-in-law, Nancy Price of Dallas, Texas; brother-in-law, Steve Swedberg of Anthem, Arizona and Mike Heineman & wife, Debbie of Mckinney, Texas; nephews, Todd and Jason Swedberg, Joshua Price; nieces, Rachel Swedberg Murff, Alissa Price Baldazo, Julianne Price Frazier & Emily Price; cousins, Mike Price, Sharon Vick, Patti Price, Larry Price, Sharlyn Hall, Sandra Foster; and numerous great nephews & nieces.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Marty Price and Cheryl Price Swedberg; and her favorite uncle, C.L. “Sonny” Freeman.
