Michael Lewis "Mike" Shaw

ARLINGTON -- Michael Lewis Shaw, 62, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, in Burleson. Memorial Service: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington with Rev. Bobby Bridges officiating. Mike was born on February 25, 1954, in Austin to Frankie Shaw and Geneva Murphy Shaw. An Arlington resident for the past 10 years, he worked as an RN at MCA Hospital serving as the employee health nurse. Mike enjoyed golfing, sailing, sports and was an avid TCU fan and Miami Hurricanes fan. Survivors: Daughters, Kristen Shaw and husband, Jose, Hailey Shaw and husband, DeSean; granddaughter, Brailey Thomas; brother, Billy Shaw and wife, Kelly; close family, Linda Shaw, Marissa, Angela, Pamela, Ruby, Austin and Eli; and a host of other family and friends.
