Michael Anthony Stone

Michael Anthony “Tony” Stone, 55, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in Arlington, Texas.

Tony was born on September 7, 1966 in Atlanta, Georgia to Michael Allen and Joan (Casteel) Stone.

After graduating from Dallas Baptist University, Tony went to work in sales and married his wife, Leah Kim Brewer on February 2, 1991. Soon after getting married, Tony and Leah moved to St. Louis, Missouri for 2 years and then moved to Victoria, Texas for 2 years before moving back to Arlington.

Tony loved his wife and kids unconditionally, was a great cook and enjoyed being surrounded by his close friends and family. He had a talent for working with his hands and building things, including the construction of an additional family room to their home that was his dream for years. He was easygoing, generous, patient and kind, with a smile and laugh that could brighten the room. He was a proud father who supported his children through every phase of life. For the last fifteen years Tony worked for Multi-Plastics, a company that he truly enjoyed and loved, with clients that loved him in return.

Tony knew no stranger, and will be missed by all of those who were blessed to know him.

Tony is survived by his loving wife, Leah (Brewer) Stone; his parents, Mike and Joan Stone; daughter, Alyssa Stone (and her fiancé, Travis); son, Nick Stone, and his beloved dogs, Charlie and Piper; sister, Shannon (Stone) Lynd and husband, Bryan; brother, Jason Stone and wife Kimberly, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
