Melinda Louise Stepina

Melinda Louise Stepina, 59, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2020 in Arlington. Graveside Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Melinda was born on April 15, 1960 in Oxnard, California to John Edward Owens and Veleta Johnson Owens. She graduated from Nolan Catholic High School, Class of '78. Melinda worked as a teaching assistant for 20 years. She was a member of Advent Lutheran Church in Arlington, and the North Texas Vintage Thunderbird Club. Melinda was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Craig Stepina. Survivors: Husband, William “Bill” Stepina; sons, Chad Stepina and Chris Stepina; daughter, Chandra Walker; mother-in-law, Emma Stepina; grandchild, Kynzlee Walker; numerous cousins; and the most amazing friends a person could have.
