Mary Eileen Beaty

Mary Eileen Beaty, 93, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020 in Arlington, Texas. Graveside Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, at Memory Gardens, Hobbs, New Mexico. Visitation: 4-6 p.m. Monday, May 11, at Wade Family Funeral Home, Arlington, Texas. Mary was born on October 1, 1926 in Hannibal, Missouri to Howard Lambert and Lelia B. Comstocks Lambert. She lived in Hobbs, NM from 1950 to 2009 and was a member of Taylor Memorial Baptist Church. Mary and her husband, Lloyd, owned and operated Beatys' Ceramic Shop in Hobbs. She was also a member of the Women's Auxiliary for VFW in Hobbs. In November 2009, Mary moved from Hobbs, New Mexico to Arlington, Texas to be closer to family. She was a resident of the independent senior living facility, Emerson South Collins, formerly known as The Arbrook, then Greenfields, for over ten years and enjoyed seeing her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, playing bingo, and interacting with staff and residents. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Lloyd George Beaty on August 28, 1993; brothers, Cloyd Lambert and Charles Lambert; and sisters, Pat Rogers, Margie Bell and Norma Stewart. Survivors: Son, Dennis Beaty and wife, Barbara; brother, Gene Lambert; sister, Louise Palmer; grandchildren, Christopher Beaty and wife, Diane and Diana Halback and husband, Jeremy; and 6 great-grandchildren, Quinn McGuinness, Alex Beaty, Beau McGuinness, Will McGuinness, Bailey Halback and Hudson Halback.
