Mansfield -- Mark Edward Cole, 54, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, in Arlington. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday in Wade Family Funeral Home Chapel, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, with the Rev. Dick Patterson Officiating. Visitation: The family will receive friends noon to 2 p.m. Thursday. Memorials: Memorial donations may be made to Random Acts of Kindness, in care of Arlington Fire Department, Box 171842, Arlington, Texas 76003. Mark was born Sept. 6, 1960, in Waco to Donald Edward Cole and Lona Lee Littlejohn Cole. Mark was a lifelong Arlington resident. He graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1979 and joined the Arlington Fire Department in 1982. He retired as a lieutenant after 27 years of service. In 2012, he began work as the golf pro at Mansfield National Golf Course. Mark enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Michael Cole.
