Margarita Davila Martinez

Mrs. Margarita Martinez, age 54, passed away on August 30, 2021. Margarita was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Ruben and Maria Davila. Margarita married Lupe Martinez on June 11, 1987 in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Davila, and her father, Ruben Davila. She is survived by her four children: Lupe Martinez Jr. (wife, Carol), Cindy Hernandez (husband, Hersel), Bobby Martinez (wife, Jenny), Pebbles Martinez (husband, Daniel); her eleven grandchildren: Jayden, Siena, Lyric, Bobby Jr., Melody, Olivia, Lucian, Mila, Penelope, Zachary and Kaleb; siblings Joe, Teresa, Gracie and Johnny; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Margie was loved by many. She was known for her amazing cooking, infectious smile and generous heart. She loved dancing and did so frequently. She had a great sense of humor, especially with her clumsiness. She would never abandon family or friends, and was always dependable. She was the glue to her family, and she will be dearly missed. Public visitation and Rosary will be held September 6 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Services for Mrs. Margarita Martinez will be held on Tuesday, September 7, at 1:00 pm at Wade Family Funeral Home.
