Margaret Ann Meade

Margaret Ann Cargile Meade, 85, was welcomed into heaven on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 in Grand Prairie. Services: There are no services scheduled at this time. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, alz.org. Ann was born on November 18, 1934 in Commerce, Texas to Ernest Clyde Cargile and Odessa Johnson Cargile. A resident of Grand Prairie for the past 44 years, she was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Arlington. She retired as a sales representative with XEROX. Ann volunteered at Arlington Memorial Hospital for many years. She loved going to estate sales. Ann had a huge heart; she was very caring and loving. Her mother always taught her to "Always be kind" and she carried that all the way through her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers; and 2 sisters. Survivors: Son, Mike Meade; daughter, Cindy Osterhoudt; grandson, Scott Osterhoudt and wife, Cassandra; 2 great-grandsons, Jackson and Colin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
