Margaret Ann Celone, affectionately known as Maggie or Grammy, passed away in her home in Dalworthington Gardens.
Born in New Haven, Connecticut to Christopher and Margaret Fagan, Maggie graduated from West Haven High School and married her high school sweetheart, Louis Joseph Celone, on June 19, 1971.
Together, Maggie and Lou celebrated 50 years of marriage and built a beautiful family including three daughters: Jennifer (Spouse – Christopher), Abbey (Sean), and Megan (Michael), and three sons: Matthew (Christi), Peter (Nadia), and Jonathan (Erin). Maggie dedicated her life to her children and welcomed all as family.
Whether it was a birthday party, game night, holiday celebration or Bunko night with her ladies, Maggie enthusiastically opened the doors of her home to everyone and ensured no one left hungry. Maggie was a wonderful cook, an avid reader, and believed most problems could be solved with a hot cup of tea.
Maggie cherished her children, and probably more so, her grandchildren: Kyleigh, Tyler, Connor, Madison, Mia, Caleb, Caitlin, Valentina, Chloe, Annabelle, Cara, Teagan, Maisie, Camila, Piper and Nathan.
Maggie is preceded in death by beloved husband, Louis, her parents, Christopher and Margaret, and sister, Kathy.
