Madelene Harriet Vaughan, 96, peacefully passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018 in Arlington. Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 22, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Visitation: 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment: Parkdale Cemetery, Arlington. Madelene was born on June 28, 1921 in Wellington, TX. Her life's passion was making quilts by hand. Survivors: Daughter, Mada Duswalt and granddaughter, Stephanie; son, Rex Vaughan and wife, Lisa and granddaughter, Christy and 2 great-grandsons, Ryan and Aiden; and a host of family and friends.
