Lynnita Emmons

Lynnita Joyce Emmons, 88, passed away January 4, 2021 at Mansfield Medical Lodge in Mansfield. Services are pending. Lynnita was born September 11, 1932 in Dallas to Jesse Holland and Allean Holland. She grew up in Grand Prairie. She was a Navy wife and spent 20 years traveling the country. She and her husband, Norman, finally settled down in Arlington, where they both eventually retired. Lynnita had a long career in banking but once she retired, she enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and reading. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Norman Emmons.
