Frances Louise Patterson, 89, passed away March 1, 2021 to be with our Lord. Private Funeral Service: Wade Funeral Home at 4140 West Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013. Private interment: Old Arlington Cemetery. Public Visitation: 2-4 p.m. Sunday, March 7, at the funeral home. Louise was born October 21, 1931 in Arlington to Blanton and Frances English, a pioneer family. She was one of five children; 2 brothers predeceasing her, Charles English and Harold English, and her living sister, Rosa Lee Dorsey, and living brother, Roy English. Louise was known as First Lady to her friends at Meadowbrook Memory Care. Predeceasing her: Waiting in Heaven for her, the love of her life and soul mate, Harold Patterson; her son, Billy Patterson, died as an infant in 1950; her mother and father. Survivors: Daughter, Teresa Schmidt and husband, Steve; son, Michael H. Patterson and wife, Jennifer; grandchildren, Ryan Schmidt and wife, Denise; Tiffany Pumphrey and husband, Ryan; Josh Patterson and wife, Sarah; Tyler Patterson and wife, Sally; Travis Patterson and wife, Anna; and Chase Patterson; and 14 great grandchildren, Emily Pumphrey, Taylor Pumphrey, Hannah Pumphrey, Shelby Schmidt, Katelynn Schmidt, Andrew Patterson, Thomas Patterson, Kate Patterson, Joe Patterson, Jean Louise Patterson, Charles Patterson, Hayes Patterson, Jack Patterson, Hattie Patterson.
